New Quay Community Hub, a project funded through Rural Futures, by The National Lottery Community Fund. It has been developed following extensive community consultation over the past three years, to deliver the following outcomes:
- Widening the help available for those members of our community struggling to meet their basic needs.
- Widening the help available for those members of our community accessing public services.
- Creating a sense of belonging and being part of a year-round community.
- Increased the resilience of individuals and, in so doing, the community as a whole.
The Hub will establish a programme of new activities as well as managing existing provision while developing the Hub’s volunteer network. As part of our approach to co-production, new activities will be developed with the volunteers and the wider community of New Quay and the surrounding area.
